Segway accepts no liability for driving errors. We expressly point out that the Segway PT can only be used after:

• Study of the supplied operating instructions
• Viewing of the supplied safety DVD
• Completion of a detailed briefing from an authorised person
• Taking notice of the safety instructions

The following should be specifically observed during use of the Segway PT:

• Always wear a helmet
• Minimum age of 14 years
• Respect the guidelines concerning physical capability and body weight
• Avoid immersing the Segway PT in water or connecting to a wet charging socket
• Avoid slippery surfaces
